Under the direction of Dr. Bolek, the laboratory surveys aquatic and semi-aquatic vertebrates and invertebrates for parasites and processes parasite samples.  These include:

• Parasites of snails and other aquatic invertebrates
• Parasites of fish
• Parasites of amphibians and reptiles
• Parasites of aquatic birds and mammals
