Ph. D. student Firkirte Gebresenbet from the Papes Lab received a 2014-2015 Faculty for the Future Fellowship from the Schlumberger Foundation. The fellowship program supports outstanding women from developing countries in their pursuit of advanced graduate studies in engineering, sciene, and technology at leading univerisities. To date the program has supported 405 talented women from 68 countries.
